What we collect
When you create an account, we process your email address, sign-in information and, if you choose Google sign-in, the account details needed to authenticate you. Your display name, optional profile photo, habits, check-ins, tasks, moods, rewards, XP and other progress are saved to your account. If you link with a partner, we also store your shared habits, check-ins, cheers, invite details and companion progress.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide the planner, secure your account, sync your progress across devices and enable the partner features you choose to use. This processing is necessary to provide the service you request. We use necessary local storage and sign-in technologies to keep the app working; see our cookie policy.
Who can see it
Your own account data, including your profile photo, is private to you. If you link accounts, your partner can see your display name and XP, shared habit activity, cheers and shared companion. Do not put sensitive personal information in a cheer or shared habit unless you are comfortable sharing it with your partner. Our hosting and authentication providers process data to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and retention
Progress is kept in browser storage on devices you use and in your cloud account. Account and planner data remains until you ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations. Unlinking a partner removes the shared couple space. Your browser may retain a local copy until you clear it or sign out.
Your choices and rights
You can edit your name and manage your habits and tasks in the app. You may request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing, by emailing contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you have concerns about how we handle your data.
