Plans and prices
chillout is a paid service sold by WIN WITH LEE LIMITED. Solo costs $6.99 per month for one account. Couple costs $9.99 per month and covers two linked accounts. Prices are shown before you pay, and any tax that applies is calculated at checkout.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically every month and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
How to cancel
Cancel at any time from Profile → Manage billing, or by emailing contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. Because chillout is a digital service that starts straight away, you ask us at checkout to begin immediately. If you cancel within those 14 days, email us and we will refund you, less a proportionate amount for the days you used.
Refunds after 14 days
After the first 14 days, payments are non-refundable for partial months, but cancelling stops future charges. If something went wrong — such as a duplicate charge or the service not working as described — contact us and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Couple plan
The Couple plan is paid by one partner and covers both linked accounts. If the accounts are unlinked or the plan is cancelled, the partner who did not pay will need their own subscription to keep using chillout.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will try again for a short period. If it still cannot be collected, access may be paused until payment details are updated.
