About chillout
chillout is a daily planner and habit tracker provided by WIN WITH LEE LIMITED. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
Give accurate account details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact us if you think someone has accessed it without permission.
Using the service
You may use chillout for lawful personal planning. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's data without permission, or post abusive or unlawful content in shared features. You are responsible for content you add, including tasks, habits and cheers.
Partner features
Linking accounts using an invite code lets each partner see shared activity and send cheers. Only share invite codes with someone you trust. You can unlink in the Us section; unlinking removes the shared couple space. Your personal planner stays separate.
Points and rewards
XP, levels, coins, badges and companions are in-app motivational features, not money or property. Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed from us for goods or services. Rewards you create are personal goals you arrange for yourself.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep chillout available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that data will always be recoverable. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Please review changes when you return.
Liability and law
chillout is a planning tool, not medical or professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
